Paul Nelson has been active in the construction industry for over 40 years as both a superintendent and owner . Nelsen has built numerous project types of varying degrees of sophistication including tilt-ups , wastewater treatment plants , parking garages , three hotel towers , a high-rise condo tower , a highrise office building , and medical tenant improvements , amongst others .
Nelsen holds a number of certifications , ranging from first aid and OSHA 30 , to primavera and prolog .
